Many of you have gotten to know our own Chef Phil Shires over the years. He’s a good friend, he’s got great taste in music and he’s a master at the art of food.
One of his many gifts is his perfection of seafood. Over the past few months or so, we’ve been posting photos to our Facebook page some of his many beauties. We thought we’d take a few minutes to share with you some of these spectacular creations.
We hope you enjoy these photos and take some time soon to taste some of the best of what Chef Phil has to offer.
Enjoy!
